Plovdiv.<br \/>\nThe enterprise was created to manage and maintain a municipal buildings.<br \/>\nThe enterprise has the following activities:<br \/>\n&#8211; Maintenance and maintenance of municipal dwellings;<br \/>\n&#8211; Renting of residential properties;<br \/>\n&#8211; Repair and maintenance of municipal residential, non-residential administrative<br \/>\nbuildings and recreation facilities in the Municipality of Plovdiv;<br \/>\n&#8211; Emergency repairs of nurseries, kindergartens and schools;<br \/>\n&#8211; Organizes the implementation of repair and restoration activities at the expense of the tenants, in case of damages and damages caused by them;<br \/>\n&#8211;
