{"id":956,"date":"2012-08-28T06:56:29","date_gmt":"2012-08-28T06:56:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.plovdiv.bg\/?page_id=956"},"modified":"2026-08-03T09:40:34","modified_gmt":"2026-08-03T06:40:34","slug":"municipal-inspectorate","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/motorhome.youngceaser.com\/en\/administration\/municipal-inspectorate\/","title":{"rendered":"Municipal inspectorate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Municipal Inspectorate<br \/>\nPlovdiv Municipal Inspectorate was established by decision \u2116 359, taken with Protocol \u2116 26 of 23.09.2010 of the Municipal Council &#8211; Plovdiv with the purpose of carrying out the control activity for the observance by all phisical and legal entitties, the provisions of the current ordinances of the Municipal Council &#8211; Plovdiv, the laws and regulations of the municipality of Plovdiv.<br \/>\nThe Inspectorate provides and assists in the implementation of the control functions of the mayor of Plovdiv Municipality on the territory of Plovdiv Municipality.<br \/>\nThe Inspectorate carries out its activity on the basis of the Rules and Regulations for the organization and operation of the Plovdiv Municipal Inspectorate in Plovdiv Municipality, adopted by decision No 270, taken with the minutes of July 14, 2011 of the Municipal Council of Plovdiv, amended. by decision \u2116 309, taken with protocol \u2116 14 of 02.08.2012 and in accordance with the budget allocated to the Municipality for its maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>The address of the Inspectorate is: Plovdiv, Str. Control for construction sites for the protection of Municipal Infrastructures;<br \/>\n3. Control for the conservation of the green system;<br \/>\n4. Control for the provision and protection of the people;<br \/>\n5.Control over the conservation of municipal infrastructure \u2013 sidewalks, street lanes, etc.;<br \/>\n6.
